• In order to streamline our delivery process, we do not hold dispatching of orders. Please ensure a recipient will be around to receive the delivery as Ksisters will not be responsible for damaged/missing parcels due to the recipient’s negligence. 
• Requests for express shipping/self-collection is subjected to availability. Please email help@ksisters.sg at least 1 working day in advance to check for availability. 

Probiotics ready stock orders- delivery time frame is5-10 working daysafter order has been placed. A WhatsApp notification will be sent at least one day before the delivery. Weonlyaccept domestic orders for Probiotics and express shipping/self-collection isnot available. Please refer to the individual product pageshere for more information. 

How does Ksisters ship order with mixture of ready stock and preorder items?We will split the order into 2 shipments. Ready stock items will be dispatched as per our usual processing timeframe and preorder items will be sent out when all stocks in the same invoice have arrived. This only applies for local orders.

Yes, Ksisters offer worldwide shipping!

• To better streamline our operations and increase our productivity, combination of orders are strictly not allowed. We seek for your understanding in this.
• If your order consists of a Preorder item, your order will only be shipped after all Preorder stocks have arrived.
• You might be required to sign on the package to receive the item thus please choose an address that someone is available to receive the package during business hour.
• Orders will be shipped via DHL.
• The shipping fee may vary by destination, weight and the size of your parcel. Shipping fees will be shown upon checkout.
• Shipping fees charged at checkout are estimates and may not fully reflect the actual delivery cost as international orders are subjected to variable carrier rates, customs processing, or destination-specific surcharges. If your order is undercharged, we will contact you to request payment of the difference before shipping. You will have 3 business days from the date the notice is sent to complete payment. If payment is not received within this timeframe, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded in full. 
• For international orders, the recipient will be responsible for any and all custom fees, import taxes, tariff or duties levied by your government, which will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination. Please note that these charges are usually collected by the shipping agency / courier upon delivery and that we will be unable to estimate the costs beforehand as it is highly dependent on your location. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.
• Customs authorities require that we declare the value of your order on your package. It is the sole discretion of the custom agents to release your package. We will also be unable to fulfil any request to declare a value other than the total value of what has been purchased.
• Please note that BNR17 Probiotics requires cold-chain delivery (except BNRThin Slim+), hence we only accept orders with a Singapore delivery address. Flammable items are also not eligible for international delivery due to shipping restrictions, including products such as perfumes, diffusers, room/fabric sprays, etc.
  
• For international customers who would like to purchase other wellness products and any other Beauty products, please check with your local authorities on general prohibitions & restrictions prior to purchasing. In the event of non-compliance to country-specific requirements, please note that international customers will be responsible for any return of products back to Ksisters at their own cost and/or should custom decides to dispose the products, do note that there will be no refund provided.
• Delivery lead time: We will take 2 - 5 business days to process your order locally. Additional lead time required for the parcel to be transferred and delivered by DHL to destination will be reflected at the check out screen. Do kindly expect possible delays as this timeframe may be affected by customs clearance and the courier’s pickup and flight schedules.
