Is this ampoule suitable for sensitive and acne-prone skin?
Yes, it is formulated to be suitable. It is hypoallergenic, tested on sensitive skin, and contains soothing ingredients like Centella Asiatica (CICA) and Panthenol to calm irritation. For acne-prone skin, the lightweight, non-sticky texture and ingredients like Niacinamide (which can help regulate sebum) are beneficial. However, as with any new product, we recommend a patch test first.

Should I use this day & night?
Yes, you can use this ampoule both in your morning and evening skincare routines. Its fast-absorbing, watery texture makes it an excellent hydrating base under makeup in the morning and a potent treatment to support skin regeneration at night.

Can it be layered with actives like retinol, vitamin C, AHA/BHA?
Absolutely. This ampoule is an excellent partner for potent actives. Its hydrating and barrier-strengthening properties can help mitigate the potential dryness or irritation caused by retinol, vitamin C, or exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA). For a balanced routine, you can use it alongside these actives or use it on "recovery" days.

Is it safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
The formula contains many safe and beneficial ingredients. However, it also includes Rosemary Leaf Extract, an ingredient some individuals prefer to avoid during pregnancy. As a precaution, we always recommend consulting with your GP or midwife before use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

How long will one bottle last?
This depends on usage, but when using the recommended 1-2 drops per application, twice daily, one 50ml bottle should last approximately 6-8 weeks.

Do you sell the syringe only in case I lost it?
We do not sell the syringe applicator separately. It is designed as a dedicated component for this specific ampoule to ensure hygiene and proper dosage.

Can I use this ampoule right after aesthetic treatments (like laser or microneedling)?
Yes, it is an excellent choice for post-treatment care. The high concentration of PDRN is clinically known to promote wound healing and skin regeneration, making it ideal for use after procedures like laser or microneedling. However, you must always get explicit approval from your treating aesthetician or dermatologist first.

How to incorporate this ampoule with the other Dermaline PDRN line?
This ampoule is a core treatment step in the PDRN line. For the correct sequence:

Can this be applied around the eyes?
While it contains gentle ingredients, it is not specifically formulated for the delicate eye area. We recommend using a dedicated PDRN Eye Cream for the under-eye region to address specific concerns like fine lines and dryness safely and effectively.

Can this be brought out for travel?
The product is a liquid and must comply with airline liquid restrictions for carry-on luggage. The syringe applicator should be securely capped. For checked luggage, it is advisable to place it in a sealed plastic bag to prevent any potential leakage.

Can this be refrigerated?
While not necessary for preservation, you can refrigerate the ampoule. A chilled ampoule can provide a very refreshing and extra-soothing sensation upon application, which is particularly pleasant for puffy or sensitised skin.

What is the scent and texture like?
The ampoule has a light, watery gel texture that is not sticky and absorbs quickly into the skin. As the ingredient list does not include added fragrance (Parfum), it should have a very subtle, neutral scent typical of its active ingredients.
