A non-sticky plumping ice jelly formula that envelops your lips with a cool, tingling sensation, as if snow or frozen jelly has touched them. It imparts a bouncy, refreshing shine without any stickiness.

Infused with low-irritation cooling plumping agents and lip treatment ingredients, this formula offers both makeup enhancement and essential lip moisturising care.
