Q: How often do I need to use the Sun Serum?
A: Everyday! Even when indoors, as UVA rays can penetrate glass windows, therefore sun protection is still needed.

Q: How long do I have to wait before going out with the Sun Serum?
A: The Sun Serum works the moment you apply it! However, you wait about 15 minutes before you leave the house if you wish, to allow the Sun Serum to absorb and create an even protective layer on your skin.

Q: Do I need to reapply the Sun Serum throughout the day?
A: Yes! It is highly recommended to reapply SPF every 2 hours to ensure that your skin is well protected throughout the day, especially if you will be outdoors most of the time.

Q: If my makeup has SPF, do I still need the Sun Serum?
A: Definitely! As the ratio per application is not as high, the makeup products that contain SPF may not be sufficient to protect you from the sun’s harmful UV rays.

Q: Do I need to apply the Sun Serum around the eyes?
A: Yes! The skin around the eyes are the thinnest and more prone to wrinkles and aging, and thus most prone to UV damage. It is important to ensure that this area is protected from the sun too!

Q: Do I need to double cleanse if I just use the Sun Serum?
A: Yes, we recommend double cleansing to thoroughly remove any remaining dirt, sebum or impurities on the skin.

Q: Does the Sun Serum help to reduce the appearance of freckles?
A: The Sun Serum will not remove existing freckles but it helps to prevent the formation of new ones! With consistent application daily and frequent reapplication every 2-3hours, it ensures strong protection against the sun throughout the day, preventing freckles or age spots.

Q: Is this product suitable for people with sensitive skin?
A: Yes. However, the degree of sensitivity can vary for individuals. If your skin is extremely sensitive, kindly refer to the full ingredients list and check with your dermatologist before placing an order.

Q: Is this product suitable for pregnant/breastfeeding ladies?
A: Yes. However, since it is a sensitive period, we strongly advise you to check with you gynaecologist to be extra careful.

Q: What is the minimum age to use this product?
A: This product is recommended for 10 years old and above.

Q: Can I apply this product on my entire face?
A: Yes, we recommend to applying it on your neck too!
